31 days and a new goal

So I did it. I did 31 days of working out and eating right and I am so proud of myself. I did not lose all the weight that I wanted to but I did lose 4lbs and I have kept it off. 
For the first 2 weeks I did Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. Then I hurt myself somehow and I couldn't jump around so I just did the "walk it out" video that I found on Youtube. I did a 3 day detox and 2 body wraps and lost 1-2 1/2 inches throughout my body. 
I decided for February I am going to do it again. Here goes to working out and eating healthy. I can't wait!
