Week 2

Yesterday was my week 2 of exercising and eating healthy. I weighed and measured myself. I knew I had a little less then a pound and a half to meet my goal of loosing 2 lbs a week. 
Here are my measurements
Bust: 42  Waist: 36   Hips: 41 1/2
Signs of weight loss: I was able to tighten my belt for my pants by one extra hole. :) 
Another proud accomplishment: I can touch my toes!! 
Weight: 160
When I saw the weight flicker I had a moment of disappoint but I decided that  I wasn't going to let the scale determine how I felt about myself as I accomplished losing 1-1 1/2 inches from my body. 
This morning I decided that  I was gonna weigh myself again. I am so glad that I did. I lost another pound and met my goal 1 day late but I am gonna take it. 
New weight: 159
This week I have been working out with an injured leg. Can't quite tell if its shine splints or a torn muscle but its painful to walk if I haven't stretched, it also hurts if I do any difficult cardio, so I am finishing out this week with low cardio for longer periods of time, stretching, Pilates and yoga. 
 Goal for Week 3 January 16- January 22
Lose 2 more pounds.

I love this idea of doing my weight loss week to week. As I feel it is easier to accomplish and less disappointing. I would rather have a million little success stories over a big disappointing story. I also feel that if I take my diet week my week I do not feel as tempted to go eat those tasty treats. 
I am not setting myself up for failure I am going to succeed and be pleased.
