So this week my poor husband got sick, I enjoyed having him home for a day but wish it wasn't when he was miserable, but I made the best of it and took care of him all day. I believe Rylee is going through a growth spurt because none of her pants and shirts seem to fit her anymore and it feels like it was just a few months ago they fit perfectly. Why do they grow so fast??
Abagail is one day away from being a month old. She sure is getting heavy. She is becoming more alert everyday but she needs to be held to be satisfied and it can be so time consuming. I don't mind but my house sure does. So I got a sling and I am also going to make a sling so hopefully that will solve the problem.
Daisy is doing quite well with the baby checks up on her when I'm cleaning in the kitchen and Abagail is in her swing. I think it is so cute. We have been quite hard on her settling down and she's getting better. So hopefully in the next few months I don't have to watch her as closely.
I also found some great dinner recipes for frozen crockpot meals. I found enough to cover every week day dinner. So I'm going shopping and then preparing it and putting it all in my freezer. I will post the recipes and directions after I grocery shop and prepare it all. I also made up a calendar so I know which ones to make. All I have to worry about is breakfast and lunch and the weekends, but with the holidays coming up lots of weekends will be spent with family so I probably don't have many meals to worry about, just side dishes to bring.
On Tuesday I go in for my postpartum check up, I really hope I get released so I am able to work out. I plan on doing insanity and tracking everything on here. The program lasts 60 days so if I start Tuesday I should be done a few days after my birthday! (January) I can't wait to see how my body reacts I know it will be hard the first while but I know I will have so much more energy and I will use my time wisely and accomplish so much more in the end and that is my ultimate goal!

Go to this link and scroll down just a little and you can get a copy of the workout schedule for free.. It has you work out 6 days in a row with 1 day off. . You might want to really start to follow it on a Monday if you want Sunday off.. or based off of whatever day you do.. You could even just do whichever ones you wanted the first week and then start the schedule the next Monday. I hope you get cleared. I am starting on Monday. Devin has to give me the other disc's by Wednesday night so I can keep going. We'll be doing it pretty close to together. Maybe I will blog mine too and we can kind of do this together.

You so should track it I am doing it so I have something to look back on for myself and to keep me motivated. The posting it will help me keep going because I want my readers to keep up on my progress and maybe do it themselves. I can't wait to start.
