Week one of exercising daily has been fun, my body has been so sore but I feel like I have tons more energy and that I can focus with having a routine for myself. I am really enjoying Jillian Michaels workouts and Pilates. I have done yoga a few times but I like quicker workouts as I have to do them bright and early, during naptimes and bedtime and sometimes I do not have longer periods of time to do such things. I am proud to say that in 1 week I lost two pounds. For week two my goal is another two pounds. I like the idea of having short goals for a longer period of time as I feel like I have many more accomplishments than failures. So here we go onto week two of eating healthy and exercising.
