Lets Be Honest

Since the last offer back in September on our condo fell through. Devin and I lost hope when coming to sell it so we can get the home we were building. Well this week has been pretty good, we finally had many buyers schedule showings. We have/had an investor interested in our home (his only request was to approve renting). Then a couple days after we had a family interested in our home but they never responded to our counter offer. Then as our counter offer was still on the table we had another buyer put in an offer and we accepted. This is the first offer that we decided not to counter and we are hoping and praying it works out.

While we were losing hope, we decided not to see the process on the home being built as it was giving our hopes up and we did not want to confuse Rylee if we had to move back to the condo and still try to sell and then build again. It was better that way because we went tonight to see it after knowing we are possible closing on the condo near Thanksgiving. 

It was like a dark tunnel with the light just barely showing at the end. I hope we can reach the end soon, I cannot wait for a new home that will fit our growing family and knowing we can settle in a great place is comforting to me.

I really hope everything works out for the best. This whole process has been stressful but I have learned many things such as being patient, accepting things for what they are, being thankful for what I do have in life when others are less fortunate. What ever happens in the next month or two, I will accept it and I will be thankful for what we have in life.
