Meatball and BBQ Chicken Freezer Meals

Hey guys I know you have been patiently waiting for more freezer meal recipes. I am totally slacking, I have been so busy with Abagail, Rylee, school and family get togethers I am so worn out when  I have time to post I sleep instead.
Today, I have a lot of energy and decided why not I will FINALLY post these. So last week after the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo. We had Meatballs and BBQ Chicken.
The meatball recipe was great it is just a couple of ingredients and you can do many things with it such as meatball subs or spaghetti.
Meatballs (2 bags)
1 frozen bag of Meatballs
2 cans of favorite spaghetti sauce
Split the meatballs between the 2 bags and add one can of spaghetti sauce, and freeze.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
This was great the meatballs soaked up the sauce and was so delicious we had no leftovers cause we kept going back for more.
BBQ Chicken (1 Bag)
4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and garlic powder together. Place all ingredients in a bag, seal and freeze.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
I also popped potatoes in the microwave and had a side of veggies to go with it. My husband loved this meal a lot he said it was much better than the Healthy BBQ Chicken and he could eat this all the time.
